Our mission is to drive customer loyalty and growth through strategic marketing initiatives. We are seeking a skilled Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Associate to develop and execute email and SMS campaigns that enhance the customer experience and drive long-term revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Design and optimize email and SMS marketing programs using Klaviyo and Wunderkind - Develop segmentation, flows, and automation strategies to improve retention and drive revenue - Collaborate with creative teams to brief, review, and refine messaging that aligns with our brand voice and goals - Implement A/B tests and performance enhancements to boost open rates, CTOR, and conversions Additional Responsibilities: - Manage campaign calendars and coordinate with cross-functional teams - Help execute and project manage homepage updates, lifecycle experiments, and new retention channel tests - Analyze channel performance and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness Requirements: - 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on email/SMS retention - Proven in-house experience at one or more high-growth DTC brands (retail, apparel, CPG preferred) - Expert in Klaviyo and comfortable working with tools like Shopify, Wunderkind, and Google Analytics Benefits: - Competitive salary paid in USD - Flexible PTO - Flexible working hours - Tools and resources to succeed - A fast-moving culture that values curiosity, creativity, and ownership
