Their role is to provide information about the hotel and local area, ensuring guests have a seamless experience. Key responsibilities include: - Serving as a key point of contact for guests and responding efficiently to their enquiries - Providing information, advice, and booking services for various guest requests, such as city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, and flight bookings - Processing and delivering messages for guests - Delivering and safely storing guest luggage - Staying up-to-date with all hotel services, daily VIP requests, and special events - Maintaining orderliness and safety guidelines around the lobby and front door areas - Supporting management as required, in cases of emergency - Projecting a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service - Maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe working area - Working in accordance with policies and procedures when using front-of-house equipment and property management systems Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess: - A positive attitude and excellent communication skills - A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service - Excellent grooming standards - The flexibility to respond to various work situations - The ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience working as a concierge in a hotel environment would be advantageous.
