We are looking for an experienced **Inside Sales Specialist **who will be responsible for B2B direct sales activity and affiliate sales channel activations. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.Education Level: **Must Haves** - Experience meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas - Experience with B2B sales to small employers - Comfortable with CRM and Microsoft Office tools - Industry experience in one of the following: Small Business SaaS, HR Outsourcing, Recruiting Process Outsources (RPO), Staffing, Programmatic Advertising, SMB Digital Advertising, Job Advertising, Applicant Tracking Software (ATS), Job Board - Comfortable and articulate interacting with senior-level executives and business owners. - Staffing, Recruiting, HR, Job Board or ATS experience/familiarity - 1-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the staffing - Advanced professional English proficiency **Good To Have** - Experience with sales automation, digital marketing, or social selling platforms - Experience with Affiliates or other referral partner channels - Prior experience closing deals with or for Job Boards, Job Aggregators and/or ATS, HCM, Payroll software Pay: $6,000,000 - $8,000,000 per month
