Workforce Management Specialist The Workforce Management Specialist will lead a team within operations, ensuring all staff meet high standards. - Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain workforce management systems and tools for time and attendance tracking. - Analyze and forecast staffing needs to ensure the right number of staff with the necessary skills to meet operational demands. - Supervise, motivate, and develop the workforce management team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge. - Oversee scheduling processes, ensuring fair and efficient shift allocation. - Monitor workforce data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize staffing levels and shift patterns. - Generate reports on workforce metrics such as staffing levels, labor costs, and employee satisfaction. - Work closely with other departments to align workforce management strategies with overall business objectives. - Drive continuous enhancements in workforce management practices, championing best practices across the organization. - Ensure all team members understand and adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Candidate Requirements - At least 3 years of previous experience in a management role with a proven leadership track record. - Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent education, training, and experience. - Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is advantageous but not mandatory. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and workforce management tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Conflict management abilities and strong decision-making skills. - Excellent leadership, mentoring, and time management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Understanding of labor law. - Advanced English (written and spoken). - Availability to work shifts as needed.
