The Sr Trainer I role at Concentrix involves delivering client-focused training to address new hire, product update, and recursive training requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver training to agents within the program training classroom environment, including student progress monitoring, coaching, and developmental feedback - Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training techniques and adult learning methods - Prepare and present training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities - Achieve individual training performance metrics and support the transition of agents from training to production environment - Maintain relevant product knowledge for each account by taking calls, attending client and cross-functional meetings, and side-by-side observations Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's Degree in a related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred - Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills, such as communication, critical thinking, time management, and team building - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within the Education and Training function, requiring a strong attention to detail and ability to develop good relationships.
