Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date reports in various HR systems. As a key member of the People Team, you will work closely with HR and other stakeholders to ensure data quality and system usage is consistent across all global regions. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain reporting dashboards in SuccessFactors and other HR systems - Provide timely and actionable insights to support business decision-making - Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to identify and prioritize reporting needs - Design and implement reporting solutions to improve data accuracy and usability Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage reporting templates and dashboards - Develop and maintain reporting processes and procedures - Provide training and support to HR system users on reporting best practices Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - Minimum 2 years of related HRIS experience, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors - Highly proficient in SuccessFactors reporting, especially Story Reporting - Experience with using a ticket management system, preferably ServiceNOW - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Retirement plan - Life insurance Benefits Edgewell is an equal opportunity employer.
