Job Summary This position plays a pivotal role in shaping global compensation strategies, responsible for analyzing and creating competitive compensation packages that span approximately 40 countries. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with managers and HR to review and establish clear job responsibilities across different levels of the organization. - Write and maintain comprehensive job descriptions. - Continuously analyze and evaluate compensation packages to stay competitive across all markets. - Monitor market trends and currency variations to ensure accurate benchmarking of pay structures. - Manage daily tasks such as addressing feedback and maintaining organization and productivity. About You Qualifications & Skills - Over 5 years of experience in the compensation field, with exposure to international markets (LatAm and US jurisdictions preferred). - Advanced Excel proficiency and proven experience with HRIS platforms. - Skilled in navigating compensation strategy for Fortune 1000 companies. - Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
