Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist Job Description: As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you will lead and drive the growth of brand categories and portfolios. Your primary responsibility will be to execute the marketing plan effectively, contributing to the company's goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy marketing strategies for owned brand categories under a single approach. - Define the annual game plan for owned brand categories under a single strategy approach. - Lead and deploy innovation processes for multiple countries under one approach. - Implement the brand strategy and ensure all marketing activities and communication are aligned. - Develop guidelines for specific marketing processes and guarantee excellent execution of marketing plans with main local stakeholders. - Collaborate with media managers to lead and deploy media plans, ensuring category goals and competitiveness. - Identify new opportunities in markets and analyze brand performance to highlight areas for improvement. Finance: - Ensure profitable growth and develop sustainable business models for owned categories. - Manage marketing budgets effectively and analyze financial statements. Leadership & Team Work: - Lead with passion and influence peers by championing the brand internally. - Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders and engage departments and agencies to achieve common goals. Requirements: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing Management is required. - Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory. Skills: - Results-driven mindset. - Strategic thinking and critical analysis skills. - Organizational and structured skills. - Process management expertise. - Proactive attitude and team work skills. - Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix. - Advanced communication and interpersonal skills. Experience: - 6-8 years of solid experience in marketing in FMCG. - Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executive management.
