Manage the entire recruitment process for all open positions, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates. 2. Share talent and market intelligence reports with stakeholders and develop effective hiring strategies. 3. Lead the talent acquisition agenda for assigned positions, focusing on quality of hires, time to hire, and candidate experience. 4. Collaborate with HR, TA partners, stakeholders, and procurement to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Manage and be part of the global TA network. 5. Monitor SLAs/KPIs of TA service delivery and ROI on strategies, establishing trusted relationships with functional heads. 6. Utilize diverse sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates. 7. Support the creation of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in collaboration with branding teams. 8. Work with the Talent Management team to maintain a comprehensive view of internal and external talent. 9. Apply data-driven approaches and demonstrate ROI through key metrics. 10. Drive talent assessment processes to ensure the delivery of top talent. 11. Enhance the hiring manager and candidate experience through collaboration. 12. Maintain data compliance across TA systems and tools. 13. Provide periodic hiring status reports to stakeholders. 14. Share best practices, talent intelligence, and market insights to optimize recruitment outcomes. About You: You are a passionate and strategic thinker with a successful track record in leading global recruitment teams within a GBS environment. You possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as deep knowledge of recruitment practices, processes, and technologies.
