Product Manager - Interventional Cardiology We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead our Interventional Cardiology business line. This role is ideal for someone with a strong vision, a passion for sustainable results, and the ability to bridge marketing, sales, and market needs. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute local market strategies aligned with regional goals. - Identify clinical and market trends to uncover business opportunities and support new product launches. - Develop physician training programs and strategic reimbursement approaches. - Create commercial tools and support field execution. - Lead operational launch plans with a focus on profitability. - Communicate market needs to the regional Marketing team. - Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic physicians. - Collaborate closely with sales and demand generation teams to address market needs swiftly. - Maintain accurate product and inventory forecasts. - Manage the P&L; for the assigned business line, optimizing revenue, margins, and resource efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or Marketing. - English proficiency at B2-C1 level. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing roles within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry. - Proven experience managing P&L; and marketing KPIs. - Experience managing direct or indirect reports.
