This is a full-time, remote opportunity to work with global clients and a dynamic recruitment team. We`re looking for someone with a strong background in IT recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, and experience working with tech companies. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment life cycle for technical roles – from sourcing to offer closure. Use advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean & X-ray searches) to find and attract passive candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor hiring strategies. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates` technical and soft skills. Maintain and build a strong pipeline of pre-screened candidates for current and future roles. Leverage AI-based tools to automate and improve sourcing and screening processes. Track and report on recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and quality-of-hire. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements 5–7 years of experience in technical, IT recruitment (agency or in-house). Experience recruiting remote tech talent in LATAM and globally. Strong command of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc. Familiarity with ATS platforms and CRM tools. Solid communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working independently and handling multiple roles simultaneously. Good written and spoken English. Must be currently residing in Colombia. Preferred Skills Experience using AI-based tools for sourcing, screening, and outreach. Background in international hiring (LATAM, US, Canada a plus). Strong offer negotiation skills.
