JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resource Lead (Latam) isresponsible for the overall execution of HR processes and systemssuch as but not limited to onboarding and offboarding process,recruitment partner management, training, employee engagement, andperformance management - for staff in Colombia & Argentina. Therole will involve day-to-day HR tasks and providing support to bothemployees and management. The role assists the HR Director instrategic HR Planning, Project Management, and discussions amongstthe team and HR Operations. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:ONBOARDING AND OFFBOARDING: 1. Coordinates and arranges the NewHire Orientation schedule of the starters. 2. Conducts theonboarding session with the starters. 3. Sends and monitors thesubmission of post-orientation documents and securesacknowledgment. 4. Assists in collecting and compiling thepre-employment requirements. 5. Works with office partners toensure staff are set up and able to work effectively. 6.Facilitates and manages offboarding processes such as sendingoffboarding notices, processing and routing clearance forms, andconducting Exit Interviews. PAY and BENEFITS / TOTAL REWARDS: 1.Ensures accuracy of data to be provided to partner Vendor forpayroll processing. 2. Reviews payroll processing from Vendor priorto disbursement to staff. 3. Ensures government compliance.PERFORMANCE & DISCIPLINARY MANAGEMENT: 1. Facilitates thepreparation, sending, and monitoring of Notice to Explain (NTE) andNotice of Corrective Action (NCA). 2. Helps in preparingdocumentary requirements for the Performance Improvement Plan,Show-Cause Memo, and Termination Notice. TRAINING: 1. Assists inimplementing and facilitating training programs. 2. Takes part inthe monthly Virtual Learning Board (VLB) by providing thematerials, sending emails, and monitoring post-evaluation. 3.Facilitates releasing and sending out training certificates asneeded. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT: 1. Takes part in recommending,assisting, and implementing employee activities. 2. Sends outevent-related emails (invitations, reminders, follow-ups) andmanages communication with attendees. 3. Coordinates eventlogistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, andaccommodation as needed. 4. Prepares and manages event budgets,ensuring expenses remain within approved limits. 5. Negotiatesterms, prices, and contracts with local suppliers to secure thebest deals. 6. Keeps a pulse on employee engagement and works tofoster a positive work environment. 7. Organizes welcome packs tobe sent to staff when they join. 8. Sends email greetings forbirthdays, team welcomes, and anniversaries. RECRUITMENT PARTNERMANAGEMENT: 1. Coordinates with external recruitment agencies tosource candidates for both new hires and replacement roles. 2.Serves as the primary contact between recruitment agencies andclients, ensuring clear and consistent communication. 3. Reviewsprofiles submitted by recruitment agencies to confirm suitabilitybased on client requirements and organizational standards. 4.Manages the recruitment pipeline, from initial candidate sourcingthrough to interview scheduling and offer management. 5. Monitorsthe performance of recruitment agencies and holds regularperformance reviews to ensure high-quality candidate submissionsand timely recruitment outcomes. 6. Provides feedback torecruitment agencies on candidate profiles, interview performance,and overall recruitment process. 7. Ensures compliance withrecruitment policies, local regulations, and best practices in eachmarket. REPORTS/Other Tasks: 1. Manages the job offer monitoringfile. 2. Assists in communicating/resolving employee concernsthrough email/chat/call as needed. 3. Provides daily, weekly,monthly, and other periodic reports relating to employee/staffincluding Attrition reports, Status Change Reports, etc.QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 1. At least 4 to 5 years of experienceas an HR practitioner. Experience in an HR Generalist role orSupervisor role is an advantage. Skills & Competencies: 1.Strong communication skills, solid organizational skills, and theability to work independently. 2. Previous experience in creatingstrategies/ideas from the conceptual stage through theimplementation and execution. 3. Strong technical and analyticalskills, problem-solving and resolution skills. 4. Ability toeffectively communicate and manage tasks is required. 5. Patientand passionate. 6. Organized with online and physical files. 7.Keen eye for details. 8.
