**QUALITY ANALYST** As the **QUALITY ANALYST**, you will be responsible for a the cereal quality and the execution of the quality programs at the plant. **HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING** - Responsible for reviewing and assisting in the solution of table evaluation defects and in QAR of their respective line. - Responsible for the table of arrests and monitoring to be able to close arrests in a timely manner requesting and participating in the root cause analysis, support in sampling and rework. Responsible for monitoring actions of complaints and arrests. 4. Responsible for auditing the process control and participating in the plan with the LCT closing deviations. - Responsible for updating documents. - Create a culture of plant quality. - Responsible for giving tours of the line and detecting deviations in time and form. 8. Responsible for providing quality training programs. - Responsible for level 1 and 2 detention labels - Responsible for the Food Review, release of Shift C and Shift A (from Monday to Friday). - Responsible for capturing weekly and monthly indicators of their lines. - Responsible for SOC and SOP audits - Monitoring of equipment verifications and calibrations (Aqualab, computrac). - Monitor and investigate consumer complaints weekly. - Ensure quality controls such as calendars, weight standards and documentation for production. - Monitor the correct filling of documents - Manage, register and safeguard the twin retention samples. - Support in tracking and withdrawal exercises. **YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS** - Professional career: Biochemical Engineer, Food Engineer or related career. - Skills in management microsoft office. - 1 year experience in manufacturing companies. - Preferable knowledge of English 80% **WHAT’S NEXT** LET’S CREATE THE FUTURE OF FOOD Kellogg Recruitment
