Sr. ProServe Cloud Architect, Professional ServicesThe Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team isseeking an experienced ProServe Cloud Architect (PCA) to join ourteam at AWS. In this role, you'll work closely with customers tounderstand their technical requirements and business objectives,designing and implementing tailored cloud solutions. You'll be akey player in the pre-sales process, providing technical expertiseand guidance throughout the customer's cloud journey. Yourresponsibilities include creating and leading solution designs toaddress customer business outcomes (CBO). Acting as a conduitbetween ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams(SDT), you'll ensure proposed solutions are realistic, achievable,and optimized to maximize CBOs. As a PCA, you will serve as atrusted advisor, offering guidance on industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and innovative solutions to address customerchallenges. You will also share knowledge within the organizationthrough mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts. Yourexperience in designing technical solutions within thetechnology/consulting sector will enable you to architect complex,scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet customer needs,translating technical concepts into business value. Success in thisrole will be reflected in signing SOWs and the successfulimplementation of solutions that achieve CBOs while exceedingcustomer satisfaction (CSAT) expectations. Minimumrequirements - 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture. - 7+years of experience managing and delivering large-scale enterpriseimplementations. - Experience designing and implementing cloudsolutions. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, orrelated field. - Effective communication skills in English intechnical and business contexts. Preferred qualifications -Advanced technology degrees or AWS Professional certifications(e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, Data & Analytics). -Deep understanding of AWS services across compute, storage,networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverlesstechnologies. - Expertise in performance optimization and costmanagement for cloud environments. - Ability to manage multipleprojects in a fast-paced environment. - AWS Professionalcertifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOpsEngineer Professional) are preferred.
