Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to oversee the delivery of exceptional service to our employees. As a key member of the Employee Services team, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and training to consultants, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively manage employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities - Leadership: Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to Employee Services Consultants on best practices, policies, and procedures. - Consultant Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance consultant skills, knowledge, and performance. - Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring that every interaction is professional, positive, and responsive to employee needs. - Quality Assurance: Partner with managers to promote quality standards in case resolution, escalation management, and customer satisfaction. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes, and monitor results. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role. - Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize multiple tasks. - Familiarity with HR systems, processes, and policies.
