**Role Description** Lead the strategy and operations of the Hosting division, ensuring achievement of business goals related to sales, profitability, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role is critical for establishing Edunext as the preferred hosting partner for Open edX platforms by implementing best practices, technological innovation, and sustainable growth. **Key responsibilities** 1. Lead division strategy and oversee the execution of key initiatives. 2. Ensure implementation of defined technological strategies. 3. Develop, monitor, and achieve divisional OKRs and KPIs. 4. Manage division's financial and commercial performance, ensuring budget adherence, sales targets, and profitability. 5. Develop and execute business strategies in collaboration with MS Leader. 6. Optimize procurement processes in alignment with organizational policies. 7. Act as escalation point for key accounts and strategic customers and address critical and urgent situations efficiently, ensuring operational continuity. 8. Develop frameworks and processes focused on customer satisfaction. 9. Support talent management initiatives and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and autonomy. 10. Oversee regulatory compliance, risk mitigation strategies, and continuous operational improvement in alignment with internal and external regulations. 11.
