What will I be doing? As an Accountant Auxiliar, you will work in different processes within the Hotel's Finance Department, performing tasks such as: Receiving purchase requisitions from various departments Reviewing quotations and following up on purchase orders Conducting pre-set purchase orders (Market List, etc.) Checking daily reports of goods received Reporting discrepancies between delivered goods and requirements Updating provider folders and alternative quotes for different product types Maintaining inventory of the warehouse, beverages, and bars Managing petty cash What are we looking for?
