Main Responsibilities - Partner with Director of Creative Operations to design and optimize tools and systems for team efficiency and creative performance. - Oversee resource management, budgeting, workflow optimization, project tracking, and best practices across the in-house agency. - Lead onboarding and training for teams in project management platforms. - Serve as primary point of contact for incoming project requests. - Maintain rigorous organization by tracking project details and providing accurate cost and timeline estimates. - Act as strategic partner and creative problem-solver, fostering a collaborative team culture.
