Our mission is to preserve our customers' invaluable artifacts, extract more from their inventory, and protect their data privacy in innovative and socially responsible ways. - Deliver timely and efficient responses to internal and external customers via the CRM Service Cloud platform and other defined platforms for service continuity and support. - Prioritize reported claims and incidents, acting with a sense of urgency, and maintaining traceability from start to finish. - Train and guide customers remotely in interacting with our services, fostering high levels of service experience to efficiently support our business processes. - Coordinate and establish effective interaction with operational and business areas within the company to maintain collaborative work, impacting the quality of customer service experience. - Promote new technologies, leveraging recurring customer contact opportunities.
