Senior Supervisor Role at Concentrix We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supervisor to lead our team of call center associates. Main Responsibilities: - Supervise and coach a team of call center agents, ensuring they meet performance metrics and provide excellent service to customers. - Develop and implement action plans to address performance-related issues, up to and including termination of employment. - Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures, and attend required manager development training. - Promote Concentrix values through behavior and attitude, and advocate for team members. Candidate Requirements: - An Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Able to lead teams in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables. - Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
