Your TasksRole PurposeLead Eucerin/Aquaphor brand strategy and priorities across the Andean Markets (Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru); developing brand-relevant KPIs for short, mid, and long term: Market Share, Net Sales, GM%, Brand Equity, Ebit, Share of Prescription through sustainable and profitable growth. Drive synergies and a unified activation game plan, maximizing innovation, communication, and investments across the Andean region. Lead Medical Management & Detailing to ensure the brand's perception as the #1 "medical skin care brand" and "most recommended brand" by dermatologists and other HCPs. Oversee a team of 37 including Brand Managers, Category Activators, Medman Managers, and Medical Detailers.Main ResponsibilitiesTeam Development: Lead, develop, and set priorities for the Derma ANDEAN team, exemplifying company core values.Build and direct a high-performing team through capabilities development, organizational agility, diversity, and coaching/mentoring.Marketing Plan: Develop and ensure implementation of annual marketing plans for each brand.Communication: Approve and direct brand communication, including 360 plans, ensuring alignment across digital, detailing, and point of sale touchpoints.Validation of research and control processes to guide action plans.Brand Portfolio / CCU Performance: Achieve sustainable outperformance via KPI management, continuously seeking assessment opportunities.Medical Management: Set KPIs and tools to monitor results from the detailing team regarding prescriptions and brand health.Develop strategic long-term relationships with KOLs to increase recommendations.Marketing Budget Management: Ensure profitability, monitor expenditures, and analyze budget adjustments for optimal ROI.Forecasting: Manage S&OP process and strategic planning; analyze market trends to ensure sales and profitability.Sustainable Growth: Optimize profitability and performance, seeking cost reductions and ideal pricing strategies balancing profitability, market share, and brand equity.People Management for multifunctional teams.Drive innovation and influence global initiatives for sustainable brand growth.Your ProfileSkills And KnowledgeProven success in developing high-performing sales teams.Over 10 years in Healthcare/CPG marketing, with brand management and medical marketing experience.Experience with medical detailing, KOLs, and medical sales forces.Leadership experience in marketing teams.Strong analysis and strategic thinking skills with a business mindset.Knowledge of digital media, influencers, etc.Expertise in developing brand strategies.Creative, quick learner, challenger of the status quo, collaborative under pressure.High-impact presentations in English for various forums.Relevant KPIs for brand/medical management.Financial expertise: P&L management, marketing budgets, expenses, market share, prescription share, GM/ROI.At Beiersdorf, our mission is to help people feel good about their skin.
