The role, is the enabler to the Latam Sales Operations, Sales and leadership to understand key aspects of the lead to cash cycle via: - Creation, design, deployment and maintenance of data structure in which Latam sales data is managed. Understanding nuances and differences among sources, systems, user requirements - Control of the full ETL cycle, so that data pipelines are ready for consumption on visualization dashboards for different audiences within Vertiv Latam - Understand business process in order to formulate with business leaders, Key Performance Indicators and show their evolution via Dashboards - Act as advisor to the Sales Operations Latam organization and work together with extended teams such as IT and Sales for Global projects and requirement Build and maintenance of new tools **Responsabilities**: - Create/Design and implement data structures from different sources in business systems and databases. - Implement data governance practices and ensure data quality, especially at the sales data level. - Become an advisor to the organization in terms of technology and methodology for leveraging data in the business cycle. - Work in conjunction with the Sales Operations, IT, Sales structure to: - Control of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) cycle, so that the data pipeline is ready for consumption in visualization dashboards. Raw data analysis, cleansing and preparation of complex data for various analysis purposes as a data provider for various Vertiv departments. - Understand business processes to formulate together with the area leaders, performance indicators and allow their visualization and updating in Dashboards. - Formulation and maintenance of dashboards in Power BI. - Propose new methodologies and tools for analysis and visualization. - Lead and participate in regional and global improvement projects assessing business needs. - Global requirements and projects. - Building and maintaining business intelligence tools **Education**: - University Studies Systems Engineering - Industrial - Knowledge in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics. - Advanced English - Desirable Portuguese (basic) **Requirements**: - SQL, Oracle, Hadoop databases. - Advanced Excel, VBA, Macros, advanced Power BI. - Automation and scripting with Pyhton. - Analytical and statistical skills - Skills in process understanding, performance indicators, diagrams and process mapping. - Data management cycle. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Customer oriented - Desirable knowledge Database Management (Non SQL), Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, Oracle cloud), Data Governance Processes. **Years of Experience**: - 3 - 5 years
