Academic Background: Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields, with a specialization in Talent Management or related areas. Experience: 1. Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources management roles, preferably in multinational companies. 2. Expertise in recruitment and selection processes, including the use of technological tools (ATS, social media, AI, etc.), at both national and international levels. 3. Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and other relevant LATAM regulations for company operations. 4. Experience in designing and implementing an HR department from scratch in a growing startup, with a focus on agile recruitment, organizational culture, and developing manuals, policies, and organizational structures. 5. Strong understanding of HR metrics and KPIs. 6. Experience in developing and implementing employee training and wellness programs. 7. Extensive experience managing remote and hybrid teams, including designing cultural engagement strategies and implementing telework labor regulations across LATAM.
