Job Title: Operations Manager About the Role: As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workplace operations strategies that promote safe work environments, efficiency in building maintenance, cleaning, transportation, and food services. Your goal will be to ensure that business requirements and needs are met. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and implement workplace strategies that enhance productivity, well-being, and collaboration across multiple sites. - Develop and lead region-specific workplace standards, ensuring alignment with global strategies. - Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, manage performance, and ensure cost efficiency. - Ensure operational excellence, financial efficiency, and outstanding user experience through the management of outsourced teams. - Ensure facilities meet compliance and regulatory standards across all locations. - Lead space planning, utilization, and office design to accommodate changing business needs. - Manage office moves, expansions, and changes in layout, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. - Develop sustainability programs to reduce the environmental impact of workplace operations. - Manage budget planning, forecasting, and management for workplace services within the region. Requirements: - Higher education degree in administration, engineering, or related areas. - Minimum prior experience of 7 years in facilities management, services management, or similar in multiple sites. - Languages: Advanced English. - Excellent customer attitude. - Knowledge of standards and regulations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Problem solving and decision making. - Leadership and team management skills.
