Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute Vectora'sB2B growth strategy, from defining ideal customer profiles to generating top-of-funnel leads and closing strategic deals. - Build and manage a robust pipeline of partnerships with SMEs, platforms, financial institutions, and ecosystem players. - Understand client pain points across treasury, cash flow, collections, and cross-border payments—and translate them into tailored Vectora solutions. - Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences and long-term account success. - Represent Vectora in commercial meetings, pitches, events, and conversations with high-growth companies. Requirements: - 5+ years of experiencein business development or B2B sales, with a strong record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing impactful partnerships. - Proven ability to work acrossmultiple industries and client types, from tech-savvy platforms to traditional businesses. - Hands-on mindset: you're equally comfortable drafting sales decks as you are leading commercial negotiations. - Results-oriented with a sharp focus onmeasurable impact—you know how to move deals from conversation to execution. - Passionate about financial technology and curious to learn the mechanics oftreasury, digital payments, and FX. - Skilled at managingmultiple opportunities simultaneously, with a pipeline-first mentality.
