We're seeking a skilled Brand and Content Marketing Lead to help us communicate our mission creatively, consistently, and compellingly. The Role - As our Brand and Content Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through storytelling, design, and multimedia content. - You will translate creative strategy and direction from Ox Creates into high-quality visual and multimedia content. - Design and produce marketing assets for digital channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, email newsletters, recruitment campaigns). - Develop and edit compelling short-form and long-form videos, including patient stories, event recaps, and staff features. - Manage and maintain brand consistency across digital platforms, internal documents, and communications. - Utilize AI tools for content development where applicable. - Track and optimize KPIs including content volume, impressions, and campaign-specific outcomes. Responsibilities: - Provide content support for staff recruitment and internal initiatives. - Assist in creative storytelling that resonates with our diverse, community-focused patient base while reflecting the excellence of orthopedic care. Requirements: - Strong portfolio demonstrating photo and video editing, brand storytelling, and digital design. - Advanced proficiency in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). - Proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma). - Comfort with emerging tools for AI-generated content and automation. - Excellent English communication skills and a deep understanding of narrative structure and tone. - Ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills, with experience managing content calendars and project-based creative workflows. Preferred: - Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare or mission-driven brands. - Familiarity with social media analytics and tools like Meta Business Suite or Hubspot.
