Requirements: - Excellent English proficiency is required for effective communication with clients. - 6+ years of experience in a management position within a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment. - Strong understanding of BPO processes, service delivery, and operational excellence principles. - Experience leading client relationships and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. - Tech-savviness with advanced proficiency on G-Suite/MS-Office, enabling seamless collaboration and data management. - Experience in successfully managing and mentoring teams to achieve business objectives. - Sales or e-commerce experience and understanding of sales metrics and drivers, enabling informed business decisions.
