Website Quality Assurance Specialist This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of our websites, following best practices and corporate guidelines. You will work with web developers, coordinators, and leads to deliver high-quality projects on time. Responsibilities - Conduct regular QA audits and report results in a timely manner. - Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and industry standards in all website developments. - Monitor project timelines and ensure that hours spent on each project are accurately reported. - Responsible for the overall quality of website implementations, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and market development standards. - Verify that usage rights for digital assets are properly managed according to agency controls. - Support BEX authors in running crawl reports during their own QA processes. - Collaborate with digital agencies worldwide to obtain guidelines and support for project implementations. - Implement tracking codes, tags, and extract analytics reports from websites. - Crawl CP sites to generate reports on issues affecting SEO and website quality. - Participate in QA sprint demos, providing feedback to partner agencies based on our internal QA checklist. Requirements - 1-2 years of experience in QA testing for websites and digital marketing. - Knowledge of website development and maintenance, search engine optimization, and experience working with CMS. - Familiarity with digital tools and software required for website development and other digital assets: - CMS: Adobe Experience Manager, OpenText, Wordpress - Code: HTML, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript - Software: Adobe software for image and video editing, html coding - PM Tools: Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence) - Familiarity with Google tools (YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, etc) - BS degree in Computer Science or related field. - Fluent English language skills.
