**Overview** The EnsembleIQ Audience Development & Strategic Planning Team is responsible for strategic planning that includes developing, driving, engaging and retaining audiences. The** Audience Data Analyst and Automation Manager **is an integral member of the team, and is primarily responsible for building, managing and quality assurance of audience data in our Treasure Data CDP and Marketo ESP. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our data driven strategies and improve overall database performance and quality. If you have a passion for data analysis, automation, and a track record of delivering this, is a great opportunity. **Responsibilities** - Ownership and Point of Contact POC for data prioritization within CDP (hierarchy of data inputs) - Monitoring/auditing and assisting with maintenance of all data workflows (Marketo, Treasure Data, Omeda magazine subscription management system). - Executing manual imports, list updates, data cleanups etc. and identifying discrepancies and collaborating with appropriate teams (i.e. Audience Development, Marketing, Digital Ops and Tech) to ensure platforms/feeds are in sync). - Creating and maintaining documentation of CDP data structure. Understanding data structure and data flows and being able to identify issues and needs. - Ability to turn business requirements into tasks/actions and effectively communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. - Understanding of basic procedural language and programming logic concepts with strong analytical skills. - Work closely with the Audience Development team to provide in-depth technical coverage of CDP and related data needs, which include assessing data, providing analysis and data cleanup. - Collaborating with other teams/departments to ensure business goals are met. - Help build reports & dashboards (using Looker Studio or similar tools) and providing monthly quality assurance data reports to ensure data is accurate and as anticipated. - Perform data cleanses and hygiene (monthly/quarterly updates, additional cleansing/data matching opportunities). - POC with Technology team for any API changes/updates and issue resolution. - Manage opt out logistics, unengaged audiences (3rd party lists) and Do Not Mail. - Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and shareable documentation re: data imports into Marketo and transfer of segments from Treasure Data. - Data Quality and Management - Ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness within the all databases - Working in collaboration with the Technology team to implement data governance practices to maintain data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. GDPR) - Collaborating with the Technology team or other data stakeholders to integrate and centralize marketing data sources - 6+ years of experience in a similar role - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, data science, or a related field - Full English Fluency - SQL Mastery (direct experience with PrestoDB, Hive, BigQuery a plus) - Understanding data structures, data formats, etc - Experience with audience/customer data - Treasure Data (or similar Customer Data Platform (CDP) - Excel or Google Sheets - Advanced level - Integrations and connected systems - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bonus Skills: - Python - Understanding of incremental data processing - EnsembleIQ is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
