We are seeking a skilled Solutions Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering end-to-end technical onboarding processes, pixel implementation, conversion tracking, performance and health analysis. They will perform technical troubleshooting to identify and proactively solve issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with tracking implementation methods, SQL, Google Analytics, APIs and Mobile SDKs. They must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to translate technical investigations and analysis into actions for non-technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: - Owning responsibility for end-to-end technical onboarding processes - Performing technical troubleshooting to identify and proactively solve issues - Performing end-to-end campaign performance analysis, and providing delivery and optimization recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and clients The successful candidate will have: - 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role - Experience working with Google Tag Manager and mobile measurement partners - Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build effective relationships Bonus points if you have: - Experience with attribution models, testing frameworks, and privacy regulations About Us We empower businesses to grow through performance advertising technology that goes beyond search and social and delivers measurable outcomes at scale.
