Main responsibilities: Manage customer orders, including accurate entry into ERP systems and monitoring of business interfaces. Handle collections and receivables management, including AR aging reports and dunning processes. Perform credit assessments and manage credit risks. Process cash applications and manage disputes & claims. Maintain and update customer master data in SAP S4/HANA and MDG tools. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with governance standards. Register and classify customer inquiries and disputes, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, Supply Chain, and Commercial. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process automation. Deliver services according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs. Experience : 2–3 years of experience in Order to cash or financial processes, preferably in the GBS or SSC industry. Some related financial processes can include Account to report, Purchase to Pay, Tax operations. Soft and technical skills :Proficiency in SAP, especially S/4HANA (essential).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education : Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, logistics, or related field. Languages : Fluency in Spanish & Portuguese . English is a plus.
