Job Title: Technical Solutions Expertise We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive technical success for our advertisers. Key Responsibilities: - Own responsibility for end-to-end technical onboarding processes, including Taboola pixel implementation, conversion tracking, performance and health analysis. - Perform technical troubleshooting to identify and proactively solve issues. - Perform end-to-end campaign performance analysis, and provide delivery and optimization recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and clients, to increase revenue and KPI attainment. - Design methodologies and tools to improve customer service and troubleshooting ability. - Build an in-depth knowledge of Taboola advertising products, and how they can be used to meet a wide range of marketing objectives. - Act as a technical expert on attribution and measurement, providing guidance on best practices, privacy-compliant tracking and data integration. - Lead the technical integration of tracking and data collection tools across advertiser accounts, ensuring seamless implementation and data accuracy. - Build technical solutions and automation workflows to scale measurement capabilities. - Set up and manage data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze campaign performance data. Required Skills: - 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role. - Experience working experience with Google Analytics and APIs. - Experience working with Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems. - Proven ability to strategically evaluate and drive client success through sales techniques such as effective questioning, objection handling, and strong customer service skills. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and ability to translate technical investigations and analysis into actions for non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to run simple Data analysis and comparisons. Bonus Points: - Experience with the ecosystem of ad networks, DSPs, audience targeting and technology, ad operations and ad buying. - Experience with mobile measurement partners (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava, Branch). - Experience in tracking implementation methods (e.g., Shopify, DCM).
