Position Title: Senior Business Analyst/Technical Analyst Location: Remote - Colombia What you will be doing: We are seeking a proactive and self-starting Business Analyst with strong English communication skills who can independently manage requirements for multiple projects while collaborating with stakeholders and delivering comprehensive reports. Key responsibilities include: Verify scope and stakeholder involvement during program intake, ensuring clarity on objectives and needs. Develop a requirements gathering plan independently, using critical thinking to create effective approaches. Communicate confidently in English with various audiences, including leadership and cross-functional teams. Facilitate working sessions to present program objectives and identify business needs, ensuring alignment. Build relationships and interact directly with business owners, leadership, and teams to identify and interpret requirements. Document business requirements, assumptions, and expectations following industry best practices. Transfer knowledge effectively to the development team for proper execution of requirements. Trace requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure objectives are met. Create and deliver regular status reports on project progress and milestones. Collaborate with program and delivery leaders to ensure timely project delivery. Manage multiple assignments independently, maintaining focus and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Proactively address issues and manage tasks within set timelines. Experience with Telecommunications operations, especially in Cable and Internet, in engineering, technology, and software development is a plus. Requirements & Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence in engaging stakeholders. Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop structured plans. Experience in documenting and creating clear, actionable business requirements. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams. Telecommunications experience (Cable and Internet), especially in engineering and technology, is preferred. Proven track record of delivering business requirements on time and within scope. Strong requirement traceability skills to ensure objectives are met. Experience with program and project management methodologies is advantageous.
