When we seek to incorporate new talents into our team, we look for people with a high level of innovation, results in orientation, agile and digital mindset, as well as a commitment to improving the quality of life of our patients. _ - If your professional motivation is to grow in an industry that takes care of the health of those around you and pursues excellence and constant innovation, this is your opportunity! _ **Main responsibilities**: - Contribute to achieving synergies between the different company areas to promote a good work environment. - Address the needs of employees and different areas related to HR issues. - Collaborate and supervise the Talent Acquisition processes for the different areas, looking to recruit the best talent in the market to accomplish Genfar's needs. - Support the hiring, Onboarding, training, and development processes for the assigned teams, guaranteeing the understanding of the business needs and employees' productivity. - Manage Compensation and Welfare plans for staff, ensuring that corporate benefits are applied to all employees and remain competitive with the market. - Participate in the execution of local HR plans for the industrial Site. - Work in cooperation with the communications team to generate good labour practices, continuous improvement of the work environment, and transmission of the organizational culture. - Ensure alignment and compliance with corporate policies. - Guarantee the implementation of the processes and strategies of the HR CoEs such as Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Labour Relations, HR Operations, Comms, and HSE. - Work with line managers to identify critical positions for successful workforce planning. - Collaborate with the C&B; Leader to ensure compensation programs meet Genfar's needs. - Is responsible for legal & social compliance; faces local management and employees; Faces unions & local authorities **About you**: - **Experience**: Experience in HR Strategic Planning - Business Partnering & Labour Relations, with negotiations and close relations with unions. - **Soft skills**: Stakeholder management, Innovation & Entrepreneurial Mindset, effective communications, and Change Management. - **Technical skills**: Labour relations with union involvement - **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology / Human Resources, Industrial Affairs, Organizational Development or related - **Languages**: English level intermediate - advanced.
