HCM Implementation Specialist Role "> We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions in various organizations. Key Responsibilities: - Implementation of HCM Solutions: You will work closely with clients to design and implement HCM solutions that meet their business needs. This includes configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits. - Troubleshooting and Support: You will troubleshoot and resolve complex Functional problems related to HCM implementations. Your skills in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and customer interaction will be essential in resolving these issues. - Development of Guided Learning Contents: You will support the development of new Guided Learning contents based on business requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications: - HCM Experience: You must have at least 5 years of experience in Fusion experience and remaining years of HCM domain experience in Oracle EBS. - Oracle HCM Functional Modules: You should have extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM Functional Modules - Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits. - Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Skills: You should have expertise in Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, Personalization, data loading tools (HDL, HSDL), and HCM Extract. - Implementations and Support: You should have hands-on experience in at least 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or Support exposure with module-leading experience in any of the two modules. - LAD Payroll Knowledge: You should have extensively worked on Oracle EBS Payroll processes for LAD localization and have experience in implementing and supporting LAD Payroll customers. - Statutory Submissions: You should be familiar with all details of Statutory Submissions like FPS, EPS, HMRC submission, P60, P45, P9, P6, etc. Personal Attributes: - Self-Driven and Result-Oriented: You should be self-driven and result-oriented with strong problem-solving/analytical skills. - Customer Support and Relations: You should have strong customer support and relation skills, effective communication (verbal and written), focus on relationships (internal and external), and influencing/negotiating abilities.
