One that's rooted in Colombian culture and made for the mobile-first generation. What You'll Do Build Swift Móvil's digital-first brand identity? From positioning and storytelling to campaigns and tone of voice. Develop a clear, emotionally resonant brand positioning based on user insights, digital behavior, and market whitespace. Create localized, culturally relevant storytelling that reflects Colombian values, humor, slang, and style. Define and evolve the tone of voice for all platforms? App, website, WhatsApp, support, and social. Lead influencer partnerships, digital ambassador programs, and community-building strategies. Manage external resources for creatives, PR/media relations, sponsorship/brand ambassadors, event management agencies, etc. Manage high-impact sponsorships, events, and strategic influencer (Tier 1) relationships. Collaborate with product, performance marketing, and CX teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Monitor brand health, content performance, and sentiment, using data to iterate and grow impact. Drive ATL/BTL brand campaigns and retail partnerships. Who You Are A bold, creative brand builder with a deep understanding of Colombian digital culture. You've developed brand positioning from scratch and understand how to segment, target, and speak to digital-native audiences. You are digitally fluent? You know how to brief an Instagram Reel, craft a TikTok hook, optimize a paid ad, or collaborate with micro-influencers. You're insight-driven, not just visually creative? You build with intention and measure what matters. You're comfortable making decisions in ambiguity, and aren't afraid to test, fail, learn, and build again. You care deeply about your craft, your team, and the cultural relevance of the brand you're building. You thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments, and act like an owner from day one. Ideally, this person should come from the startup ecosystem with experience in creating and scaling a D2C brand.
