Job Title: Strategic Operations Coordinator The primary focus of this role is to oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with functional areas. This involves initiation, planning, execution, progress monitoring (technical and financial), risk management, effective communication between stakeholders, adherence to relevant guidelines, close-out, and transmission of valuable lessons learned. Your Responsibilities: - Collaborate with commercial teams to verify customer and order information. Review and audit order handoffs from customers to confirm contract details, payment terms, and schedules. - Verify order documents and engage with commercial teams during project close-out processes. - Lead lessons learned meetings with operations, sales, and engineering teams to share best practices. - Review and confirm service sales order documentation in ERP systems (SAP). - Facilitate communication between commercial operations and operations teams to compile details for Accounts Receivable reduction. - Manage and direct commercial operations and project management teams to ensure timely payments for current and future sales orders. - Maintain and reduce overdue payments by collaborating with finance and global business services teams. - Confirm product schedules, shipments, and timely delivery of materials for service sales orders. - Manage backlog orders, phase dates properly in SAP for delivery/invoicing, and report revenue forecasts and deviations. - Share lessons learned, report deviations, and provide good practices. Assist the project management team with administration tasks related to project orders and turnkey projects. - Communicate with customers regarding shipping, tracking, delivery scheduling, and material resources. Interface with front-end sales contacts for verification of orders and project close-out. - Responsible for sending and following up on customer satisfaction surveys for assigned orders.
