The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software delivery, team management, and program/project leadership. Job Description - Lead teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results - Coach and provide feedback to team leaders to enhance their skills and productivity - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve project performance - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders Key Responsibilities 1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting financial objectives 2. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members to improve their skills and productivity 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve project performance, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and innovations 5. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software development, or related field - 10+ years of experience in software delivery and team management - 4+ years of experience in program/project leadership roles - Experience working with North American clients and managing staff augmentation projects - Proficiency in English and Spanish
