We’re seeking a strategic SMM Lead to own the channel strategy, editorial planning, and performance of TripleTen’s social media presence in LATAM (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok). This role focuses on elevating brand visibility, community engagement, and lead generation through organic social media. The ideal candidate is a data-driven social media expert with a project manager mindset and deep expertise in social CMS tools, analytics, and workflow coordination—ensuring channels align with business goals and paid media efforts. Define and execute platform-specific strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and follower growth (followers, subs, views). 2. Optimize channel health through best practices (posting cadence, tagging, SEO, boosting). 3. Improve discoverability via organic indexing and measurement frameworks. Organic Content Strategy 1. Develop editorial lines that differentiate TripleTen’s brand voice and drive lead conversion (CTAs, formats, messaging). 2. Align content with paid media efforts and centralize workflows for traceability. 3. Manage posting, interaction, and boosting to enhance engagement and retention. Cross-Functional Leadership 1. Coordinate intake from stakeholders (Content, Sales, PR, CRM) with a PM mindset—ensuring QA and deadlines. 2. Establish reporting cadences and tools to track performance (audience, leads, engagement, etc.). Requirements - Proven experience building top-performing social media channels, with measurable audience growth and business impact. - 5+ years in organic social media management, including strategy and analytics. - Expertise in social CMS tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.) and metrics (engagement, growth, leads). - Project management skills: Ability to streamline workflows and collaborate across teams. - Fluency in Spanish and English. - Familiarity and/or experience with paid social is needed, but mainly required understanding of function, metrics, and synergy with organic activity. - Experience in B2C, education, or community-driven brands is a plus.
