Customer Service Representative Jr Location: Medellín, Colombia Company Brief: We empower businesses to expand eortlessly by connecting them with top-tier talent from LATAM. Position Overview: **Responsibilities**: Client Support & Communication - Answer incoming calls, assist clients, and transfer to the appropriate team when needed. - Respond to general inquiries and follow up on client requests in a timely and professional manner. Homeowners Policy Management - Send documentation to clients for signature and upload signed forms to the policy for processing. - Contact clients to ensure timely completion of required documents. - Manage mortgage updates: process changes in the policy and send updated declaration pages to lenders. - Contact insurance carriers directly for updates, changes, or approvals related to homeowners policies. Payments & Renewals - Follow up with clients daily for overdue policy payments and process them when possible. - Assist with policy renewals and updates with existing carriers. Administrative Support - Record detailed notes for every client interaction. - Support other departments by creating initial policy quotes and registering client information in QQCatalyst. - Assist team members with tasks related to policies or client communication. Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs. Qualifications: - Minimum of 6 months in a similar customer service or administrative role. - Advanced English skills (B2+); bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required. - High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business administration, customer service, or related fields is a plus. - Familiarity with the insurance industry is highly preferred. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Adaptability and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. *Please note: we are only accepting resumes in English. **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 850 months Application Question(s): - Are you open to working full-time on site for the first month, and then the possibility of working 2 days from home? - Do you have experience in customer service? - What is your monthly salary expectation in USD for a contract position?
