Enterprise Customer Success Professional We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Customer Success Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our high-impact Enterprise Customer Success Management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of digital infrastructure for some of our most valued clients across South America. Your primary focus will be on building deep, consultative relationships with VIP customers, guiding them from post-sale onboarding through ongoing success and value realization. You will lead regular check-ins and strategic business reviews, ensuring customers are on track to meet their unique goals and KPIs. - Establish strong networking skills to troubleshoot connectivity issues and navigate complex IT environments. - Familiarize yourself with Schneider Electric solutions like Data Center Expert, IT Advisor, NetBotz, and IT Expert. - Demonstrate solid understanding of data center systems including UPS, cooling, power distribution, and energy management. - Pursue commercial acumen by uncovering customer needs, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving business growth. As a customer-obsessed professional, you will be committed to helping clients maximize the value of their EcoStruxure IT investment and become champions for our solutions. You will also partner with Licensing & Renewals teams to drive seamless renewals and ensure customers are always supported by the latest software and services. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a willingness to travel up to 20% for in-person client meetings and strategic events. Requirements Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' experience in the software industry, ideally supporting enterprise clients. - Fluent in English and Spanish, ready to support a diverse, international client base. - A collaborative leader who thrives on teamwork and is eager to contribute to shared success.
