"> Key Qualifications: "> - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). - 10+ years of progressive experience in HR technology and digital transformation, with a focus on global/regional scope. - Proven success in leading large-scale HRIS implementations and integrations, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc. - Strong understanding of global HR processes (payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, performance, compensation). - Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies. - Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance requirements internationally. - Excellent project management, vendor negotiation, and leadership skills.
