Job Summary: ">Global Digital HR Director This role leads the development, implementation and optimization of our company's global HR technology strategy. Key responsibilities include defining a comprehensive digital HR roadmap aligned with our overall business objectives. "> - Develop and execute a strategic plan for global HR technology solutions that optimize operational efficiency and employee experience. - Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of core HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM. - Oversee global system architecture ensuring seamless integration between HR systems and cross-functional systems (e.g., ERP, Finance, IT). - Maintain alignment of HR digital strategy with talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives. "> Key Qualifications: "> - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). - 10+ years of progressive experience in HR technology and digital transformation, with a focus on global/regional scope. - Proven success in leading large-scale HRIS implementations and integrations, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc. - Strong understanding of global HR processes (payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, performance, compensation). - Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies. - Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance requirements internationally. - Excellent project management, vendor negotiation, and leadership skills.
