Our company seeks a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. Job Description As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform. This role demands strong analytical skills and high research design documentation and software modification capabilities throughout the production life cycle. Key responsibilities include: - Managing all important project processes such as platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on advanced development - Attending, participating and occasionally leading Scrum meetings - Translating requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team - Fulfilling Project's technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and guidance to Junior/Mid developers - Providing technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practices - Ensuring Project Lead receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication - Contributing to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise and best practices in consideration of Customer needs and requirements - Filling technical or process roles in our projects if needed - Leading, educating, mentoring and developing the Thirdera resources who are assigned to his/her projects - Acting as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a project About You We are looking for someone with a degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology, preferably with proven experience in technical consulting roles. Proven experience working on the ServiceNow platform is also essential. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certifications are preferred. Other required qualifications include two additional product lines outside of ITSM and Advanced English language proficiency. Knowledge of ITIL Foundation-level is also desirable. Post-graduate studies in Software related topics are desired but not necessary.
