About the Job As Human Resources Analyst, You Will - Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employee status - Maintain databases with detailed catalogs and categories, explaining findings to senior leadership - Process and respond to queries in a timely manner - Foster a healthy workplace by ensuring HR procedures run smoothly at all time - Collect, compile, create and maintain HR Data from a variety of sources, ensuring compliance with data privacy and best practices - Optimize and implement new data processes and systems - Solve inquiries with great people skills As Human Resources Analyst, You Have - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field desired - Previous work experience as an Data Analyst is preferred - Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information - Systems knowledge will be a plus (HRIS or other) - Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Google Docs - High proficiency with formulas and pivot tables - Programming skills such as Javascript or other coding languages - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of people, both internally and externally - Superior attention to detail - Excellent time and project management skills - Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
