**Who We're Looking For** Talent Acquisition Specialist **Location** Remote **Type** Contractor **Job Summary** **The Impact You Will Make**: - Relationship Management: Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and collaborate on effective recruitment strategies. - Data-driven Approach: Use recruitment metrics and analytics to drive data-based decision making and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership. **What You Need**: - Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment. - Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, techniques, and standard methodologies. - Proven track record of successfully sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent across various functions and levels. - Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate the company's values. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the desire to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and business partners. - Results-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality hires.
