They just push us to work harder, to chase new potential therapies that help patients to live their lives._ Main responsibilities: The purpose of the CSA Sarclisa position is to implement the marketing, commercial and promotional Strategies and tactical plan to ensure patients with Multiple myeloma are prescribed with Sarclisa® (according to label), and to achieve the sales targets. - To ensure the execution of marketing, access and commercial strategies that allow to meet the sales quota assigned to the district. - In charge of ONCO negotiations with HCO guaranteeing Sarclisa® inclusion within the main protocols. - To develop the marketing activities established for the district (congresses, round tables, local events, regional marketing). - To analyze the return on investment. - To implement company's digital tools and OCE tactical plan implementation/orchestration - To cover the entire defined panel and deliver the messages for promotion, commercial and access purposes - 360 HCO orchestration/ - To ensure confidence relationship with all administrative actors within HCOs Guarantee that the whole process (diagnostic, PSP enrolment, Access to the therapy etc.) works adequately according with the KPIs defined. - Build a key account plan to ensure transactional journey inside the HCO and to adequately connect with commercial & access team for patient access purpose. - Maintain updated in One CRM the relevant information related with the CSA´s ecosystem. About you - Experience: Experience in medical promotion, sales, negotiation, at least 2 years in oncology, high cost, hemophilia or orphan diseases_._ - Soft skills: Customer focus - Strategic thinking, planning and execution. - Communicates effectively. - Persuades - Builds Networking - Business Insight - Action oriented - Drives results. - Ensures accountability. - Collaborates - Technical skills: Access Notions - Health system and ecosystem knowledge - Pathology knowledge - Education: Professional in the areas of health, administrative or marketing careers. - Languages: Intermediate English Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
