If you are a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with a proven track record in customer support recruitment, we invite you to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization. **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a Recruiter in the customer support or outsourcing industry - Familiarity with mass recruitment processes and the ability to handle a high volume of open positions simultaneously - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and various sourcing techniques - Understanding of customer support roles and the skills required for success in this field - High level of adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving - English - advanced **Responsibilities**: - Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for customer support roles and other - Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and participating in the interview process as needed - Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires **We offer**: - Fixed rate rate and/or bonuses - Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10.00-18.00 - Remote work - 18 paid vacation days per year + 15 sick days - Benefits: access to training materials and English classes with a native speaker **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Application Deadline: 05/09/2024
