This role aligns diverse stakeholders, develops tailored strategies, and manages the full alliance lifecycle, from negotiation to execution. A skilled communicator, the manager builds long-term relationships, ensures successful go-to-market implementation, and identifies opportunities to enhance revenue streams. With a focus on mutual growth and continuous improvement, they optimize business models to deliver impactful results in dynamic, multicultural markets._ **Main responsibilities**: Stakeholder Alignment: - Build and maintain alignment among diverse stakeholders, both internal and within partner organizations, resolving potential conflicts of interest and ensuring synergy with the alliance objectives. - Serve as the central communication point, ensuring all parties are informed, engaged, and aligned with strategic goals. Development of Tailored Strategies: - Recognize that each alliance is unique and design customized strategies that address the specific needs of each collaboration. - Design optimal operating models that maximize alliance efficiency, including go-to-market strategies tailored to the context of each partner and market. Alliance Lifecycle Management: - Oversee the entire lifecycle of alliances, from initial negotiation and transition to execution, optimization, and closure. - Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including milestone management, reporting, and regulatory adherence. Relationship Building: - Establish and nurture long-term trust-based relationships with partners, fostering collaboration and mutual growth. - Act as a bridge between organizations, managing expectations and resolving conflicts diplomatically. Optimization of Business Models: - Assess and propose efficient operating models to drive profitability and commercial reach. - Design and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful implementation that supports business growth and shared objectives.
