Key responsibilities include applying growth strategies to increase order potential of small and medium-sized allies, managing the collections cycle, achieving targets for quality metrics, identifying process improvement areas and proposing solutions, implementing growth campaigns and consulting with partners to grow their businesses, gathering feedback from allies and translating market needs into technical features, and designing analytics sharing strategies and standardizing dashboards and templates. We are looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial individual with a strong background in analytical roles within tech or logistics. Requirements include 3-6 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, stakeholder management skills, fluency in a second language, English or Portuguese, ability to analyze complex problems and develop action plans, data storytelling and presentation skills, and intermediate or advanced Excel and SQL skills.
