We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team in Pereira. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting COBRA members via phone and email, processing election forms, coverage changes, and notices with accuracy and care, providing timely and empathetic service, and helping identify and solve inefficiencies.
